💡 Sunpie's Brand New Bumper: What Upgrades Did We Make?

At Sunpie, we’re always listening to our customers and striving for perfection. We’ve taken your feedback straight from the trails and completely overhauled our bumper line, focusing on performance, durability, and convenience.

Here are the six major improvements we’ve integrated into our new bumper design:

1. ⚡️ Boosted Light Bar Power

We’ve dramatically increased the output of the integrated light bar.

• Old Design: Dual-row light bar producing only 30W.

• New Design: Single-row light bar producing 60W, delivering significantly higher and brighter illumination for your adventures.

2. 🔩 Enhanced Light Bar Installation (Embedded Design)

To tackle issues reported by dedicated off-roaders, we changed the mounting style for maximum security.

• Old Issue: The light bar was suspended from the bracket and could easily shake loose or drop during heavy off-roading.

• New Design: We’ve changed the light bar installation to an embedded, or recessed, style that secures the light bar firmly within the bumper structure.

3. 💪 Expanded Winch Mounting Width

We heard from our customers using powerful recovery equipment.

• Old Issue: The previous winch tray width was often too narrow for heavy-duty setups, preventing the installation of 12,000 lbs hybrid winches.

• New Design: We have expanded the winch mounting width to ensure compatibility with a wider range of high-capacity winches.

4. 🧭 Integrated Sensor Holes and Mounts

Modern Jeeps and Broncos are equipped with advanced driver-assistance features, and your bumper should be too!

• New Feature: We've added four total sensor holes (on the front face and both ends) and included sensor mounting brackets.

• Convenience: If your vehicle has sensors, just remove the rubber plugs. If not, keep the plugs in for a clean, seamless look.

5. 🔄 Universal Light Compatibility

We want to make replacements simple. All lights across our new bumper series are now standardized.

• The front bumper’s light bar, front square work lights, and side rectangular work lights are interchangeable and compatible across all our Jeep Wrangler and Bronco front and rear bumper styles. This makes replacing a faulty or damaged light much easier for our customers.

6. 🏷️ Built-in License Plate Functionality

Every bumper is now ready for the road right out of the box.

• Front Bumper: Includes a license plate bracket.

• Rear Bumper: Includes a license plate bracket AND a dedicated license plate light.
