Sunpie Trade Company
5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100
Austin, TX 78731
Email: support@sunpie.co

The address above is a business contact address and is not a return warehouse. Sunpie uses different return locations depending on the product. Do not return any product until Sunpie provides written authorization and the correct return address.

2. Eligible Purchases

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of an eligible Sunpie product purchased through one of the following channels:

  • Sunpie official website: www.sunpie.co

  • Sunpie Walmart Store

  • An authorized Sunpie dealer or wholesaler

Proof of purchase is required. Acceptable proof may include an order confirmation, sales receipt, invoice, or other purchase record identifying the product and authorized seller.

Purchases from unauthorized sellers or other marketplaces are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable.

3. Warranty Period

Eligible products are covered for 365 days from the date the product is delivered to the customer.

The delivery date will be established using Sunpie’s records, the authorized seller’s records, carrier tracking information, or other reasonable proof of delivery.

Delayed shipment, extended transit time, or a backordered product will not reduce the customer’s 365-day warranty period.

4. What This Warranty Covers

Sunpie warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period.

Covered conditions may include:

  • Defects in materials used to manufacture the product

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Components that fail or break during normal use because of a manufacturing defect

Warranty coverage applies only after Sunpie reviews and confirms that the reported issue qualifies under this Limited Warranty.

5. Available Warranty Remedies

After confirming an eligible warranty claim, Sunpie may, at its option:

  1. Provide replacement parts;

  2. Repair the product; or

  3. Replace the product with the same or a comparable product.

If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, Sunpie may provide a comparable replacement of similar value.

A replacement product or replacement part is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from its delivery date, whichever is longer.

Warranty remedies are determined by Sunpie based on the product, the reported issue, parts availability, and the most appropriate resolution.

Refunds and voluntary returns are governed separately by the Sunpie Return & Refund Policy and are not a standard warranty remedy after the applicable return period, except where required by law.

6. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function

  • Fading, scratches, chips, or surface corrosion

7. Before Installation

Inspect the product and verify vehicle fitment before installation. Follow all installation, wiring, maintenance, and safety instructions supplied with the product.

Professional installation is recommended when installation involves wiring, drilling, modification, or safety-related vehicle components.

Installation of the product does not automatically void the warranty. However, damage caused by incorrect installation or modification is not covered.

9. Warranty Shipping Costs

For an approved warranty claim, Sunpie will:

  • Provide a prepaid shipping label when a return is required; or

  • Reimburse standard shipping costs when authorized by Sunpie in advance.

This shipping coverage also applies to eligible purchases from authorized Sunpie dealers or wholesalers.

Sunpie does not cover expedited shipping, premium delivery services, or shipping charges incurred without prior authorization.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds requested for reasons other than a confirmed warranty defect are governed by the separate Sunpie Return & Refund Policy.

Please review the current policy at:

Do not confuse the return period with the 365-day Limited Warranty period. Expiration of the voluntary return period does not end otherwise valid warranty coverage.

Sunpie is not responsible for installation, removal, diagnostic, towing, vehicle repair, loss-of-use, lost time, loss of income, or incidental or consequential damages, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

12. State Law Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable federal or state law.
